Le Cendrillon

Le Cendrillon is an award-winning goat's milk cheese from La Maison Alexis de Portneuf of Quebec. Voted Best Cheese in the World in 2009, the mottled vegetable-ash rind hides a smooth, ivory paste that is handmade due to its delicate nature. Flavours are pronounced - strong and tart, it grows even spicier with age. 

A beautiful addition to your cheeseboard, pair this chèvre with dried apricots or your favourite sweet fruit or chilli jam.
