We offer three convenient ways to shop our full selection of fine foods and artisanal cheeses from the comfort of your own home. You can visit us in-store, online or connect with us by phone. For those local to the Ottawa area, we are pleased to offer local delivery and curbside pickup service.
If you wish to schedule your order for a specific time, please leave us a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate your preference.
Local Delivery (Ottawa)
Let us bring our fresh products, Cheese of the Month Club service and signature gifts right to your doorstep.
Through our local courier, we guarantee timely delivery of our cheese and fresh pastries—making sure our products arrive safely, beautifully and ready to serve! Order processing times are typically within 4 to 72 hours and are scheduled Monday to Friday. Our local deliveries typically arrive between 11:30 am and 5:30 pm. You'll receive an email notification once your order ships, letting you know it's on the way!

In-Store Pickup (Ottawa)
If you’d like to stop by and pick up your grocery order, we offer in-store pick up service for all our guests.
We always do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Order processing times are typically within 4 to 72 hours and are scheduled Monday to Friday. While we always strive for the same day or 24-hour service, please note we cannot guarantee this as a usual commitment.
Once your in-store order has been processed and is ready for pickup, we will call you to let you know you can come and collect. Orders can be collected between 10 am and 4 pm, Monday through Saturday.
When you arrive at Jacobsons, please ask one of our team members for assistance. Please have your four-digit order confirmation number ready.
Winter Shipping Guidelines
Please note that many of our shelf-stable products, such as oils, dressings, beverages, and pickles, are susceptible to damage if exposed to temperatures below freezing. To help ensure your order is protected from freezing temperatures, orders containing liquids may not ship out immediately. In these cases, our team will contact you directly to arrange a refund or a later (warmer) shipping date.
As always, we are doing our best to ensure each delivery is processed and arrives as quickly and as safely as possible. However, our guests may experience delivery delays due to carrier challenges and extreme weather beyond our control. If you have questions about your order, please contact us.
