We stopped calling ourselves the Fresh Olive Company because our relentless search for ingredients has revealed so much more than olives and olive oil. Now trading as The Belazu Ingredient Company, we offer a wide variety of innovative and traditional antipasti, grains, pastes and vinegars too."
