Truffle Artichoke Pesto
Artichokes and Parmigiano Reggiano are subtly blended with Italian summer truffles and black pepper to give this pesto an elegant, full flavour.
Simply spread on sliced baguette and top with bresaola, finish with a halved walnut and fresh parsley. For cooking, mix this pesto with breadcrumbs and use it as a stuffing for mushrooms or roast chicken.
