Cranberry Relish

Made with a base of rich cranberries with onion, apple, raisins. Finished off with seasonal spices and a touch of orange zest. This relish is ideal for pairing with cheese as the fruity flavours balance strong flavours perfectly.

Founded in 1999, the family behind Hawkshead Relish started out making relishes, pickles and preserves for their busy Lakeland café using locally sourced ingredients and traditional recipes. Made by hand using traditional open pans, without artificial flavourings, colours or additives, this range is both gluten free and nut free and suitable for most diets.
