Saugeen Country Plain Yogurt

Certified organic for almost forty years, Saugeen Dairy makes their yogurt from the milk of happy cows, bacterial cultures and nothing else. They strongly believe that the shorter the list of ingredients, the more natural and better tasting the food will be. The result is a delicious yogurt made without the use of whey protein, concentrates, or skim milk powder.

Saugeen Country Yogurt is also non-homogenized. This not only means that it is easier to digest, but it often has a thin layer of cream that will rise to the top. This is normal, natural, and totally delicious!

Incredibly versatile and with no added sugar, you can add this yogurt to a smoothie, stir in some fresh fruit, or serve with fresh pancakes at breakfast.
