Fresh coconut milk combined with curry paste. Made with peas, aubergines, baby corn and sweet basil. Begin by stir frying chicken or beef, add Curry Sauce and simmer until cooked through. Serve with deSIAM Jasmine Rice and garnish with Thai Basil for a great meal.
