Posh Pickle Sauce

This sauce is packed with gherkins, dill and onions. Based on a traditional burger relish and balanced with seasoning and spiced to create a lovely soft yet moreish sauce that is great to bring out at the BBQ. Equally fabulous with fish and burgers.

Founded in 1999, the family behind Hawkshead Relish started out making relishes, pickles and preserves for their busy Lakeland café using locally sourced ingredients and traditional recipes. Made by hand using traditional open pans, without artificial flavourings, colours or additives, this range is both gluten free and nut free and suitable for most diets.
