Pitted green Halkidiki olives, handpicked and cured using traditional Mediterranean methods. Hand stuffed with a fiery Piri Piri pepper in extra virgin olive oil. Delicious as an addition to a delicious Caesar.

Silver & Green olives travel from their partners' green thumbs in Greece, Spain, Italy and North Africa to the Lake District in drums. They're given extra attention and flavour by first desalinating the olives and before marinating them.
