Le Fleurmier de Charlevoix
Le Fleurmier is a soft cheese with a bloomy rind produced using cow's milk produced from vallée du Gouffre herds in Baie-Saint-Paul, Quebec. Boasting a rich and velvety texture and a fruity, nutty flavour, this cheese only improves with age, developing no bitterness.
This cheese can be savoured on any occasion, in the morning on toast or at the end the meal with a glass of your favourite red wine.
