From just across the river, we're so excited to welcome this heart-shaped Brie to our shelves.
Aged four to six weeks, this soft cheese from La Trappe à Fromage is made using pasteurized milk from Outaouais dairy farms. With a bloomy rind and mild mushroom aromas, the cream-coloured paste has flavours of fresh milk and butter.
