Coming to us from Niagara, Rosewood is a family-run winery & apiary with 92 years of beekeeping under their belts.

This hot honey has a real kick and was designed to be used on all your favourite foods. 

Made in small batches from lacto fermented chillies, it's best served as a topper on cheese, fried-egg sandwich, pizza, chicken wings, glazed oven roasted salmon, grilled pork chops or open face sandwiches - to name just a few!
