Inspired by travels in Asia, a light jelly with chilli and ginger finished with lime. A subtle heat with rich flavour that will compliment many dishes.

Founded in 1999, the family behind Hawkshead Relish started out making relishes, pickles and preserves for their busy Lakeland café using locally sourced ingredients and traditional recipes. Made by hand using traditional open pans, without artificial flavourings, colours or additives, this range is both gluten free and nut free and suitable for most diets.
