Made with whole black garlic cloves cooked for 45 days, this tangy, slightly spicy pickle is a real showstopper. A favourite on the dinner table with cheese, cold meats and savoury pies.

Founded in 1999, the family behind Hawkshead Relish started out making relishes, pickles and preserves for their busy Lakeland café using locally sourced ingredients and traditional recipes. Made by hand using traditional open pans, without artificial flavourings, colours or additives, this range is both gluten free and nut free and suitable for most diets.
