Black garlic blended with balsamic vinegar, onions and spices. This delicious ketchup is perfect with fish, meat and is also designed to be used as an ingredient for sauces, soups and casseroles.

Founded in 1999, the family behind Hawkshead Relish started out making relishes, pickles and preserves for their busy Lakeland café using locally sourced ingredients and traditional recipes. Made by hand using traditional open pans, without artificial flavourings, colours or additives, this range is both gluten free and nut free and suitable for most diets.
