Galician Small Sardines in Olive Oil
This line of delicious, hand-picked Galician seafood preserves stand out not just for their quality of taste but also their beautiful design. Launched in collaboration with local painter Fernando Rei, they offer tribute to both the region's stunning coasts and its historic fishing traditions.
These fresh sardines are harvested only during the summer months. Cleaned using sea water and then lightly toasted for optimum colour and texture. They are then packed by hand one by one in olive oil and matured for several months, allowing them to acquire optimal flavour.
