Sliced Smoked Sturgeon

Led by Cornel Ceapa, Acadian Caviar Co. is a family business that specializes in sustainable, delicious Canadian sturgeon. Cornel holds a PhD in Sturgeon biology and has dedicated the greater part of his life to studying and working with them.

Based in New Brunswick, Acadian Caviar Co. hot-smokes their sturgeon fillets traditionally with maple wood. Smoked sturgeon contains no artificial coloring or preservatives and provides all the health benefits of fish, including Omega 3s, while being boneless, low in sodium & wonderful in taste.

Serve heated as a main course accompanied by vegetables and sauces - or use the slices an appetizer or in a sandwich. Sliced Sturgeon can be also used in salads and omelets as a fantastic bacon replacement.

Frozen; keep refrigerated and consume within 12 days after defrosting.
