Black Pyramid Salt

This pyramidal-shaped sea salt from Kalios is used as a final touch, like fleur de sel.

Its colour is due to the addition of 100% natural cuttlefish ink. Cuttlefish ink gives a slightly salty and iodized taste.

Sprinkle on grilled fish, vegetables and ceviche.
