Pitted green Halkidiki and Kalamata olives, handpicked and cured using traditional Mediterranean methods. The perfect blend of smoky paprika and spicy chilli flakes.

Silver & Green olives travel from their partners' green thumbs in Greece, Spain, Italy and North Africa to the Lake District in drums. They're given extra attention and flavour by first desalinating the olives and before marinating them.
