The same great balance of bitter Seville and sweet oranges with 40% less sugar which gives a softer consistency and slightly less sweet taste allowing a fuller fruit flavour to come through.

Thursday Cottage was started in a Somerset kitchen in 1963. Handcrafted with the same care for over 50 years, all of their products are handmade in small batches and cooked in traditional pans. They still stir the fresh ingredients by hand and hand pour each jar to ensure more whole fruit makes it into their preserves.
