Potted Blue Stilton

For over a century Long Clawson Dairy has been producing award-winning British cheeses in the county of Leicestershire.

This version of their award-winning Blue Stilton is packaged in handsome ceramic jars. One of only six dairies in the world approved to make Stilton due to its P.D.O. status, all the milk for Long Clawson's version comes from local farms. Matured for eight weeks, a crumbly and creamy texture develops with a bold and expressive flavour.
