Raspberry Cordial 72% Bar

DesBarres Chocolate is situated in Uxbridge, ON and is owned by partners Ariane and Erik Hansen, who have been eating, tasting, and working with chocolate for most of their lives. Their craft chocolate is hand made by Ariane, Erik, and their wonderful team.

This bar is in honour of L. M. Montgomery who penned many of her books just a few kilometers from the Desbarres factory. The bar combines the smooth and chocolately richness of 70% Dominicana with tart freeze-dried raspberries and a hint of fresh lemon peel.
