Caramel Crush 72%

DesBarres Chocolate is situated in Uxbridge, ON and is owned by partners Ariane and Erik Hansen, who have been eating, tasting, and working with chocolate for most of their lives. Their craft chocolate is hand made by Ariane, Erik, and their wonderful team.

This bar is a wonderful blend of three of Desbarres 72% origins riddled with bits of buttery, crunchy caramel and finished with sprinkling of Newfoundland sea salt.  Caramel crush started off as a limited edition but now it has a following year round.

It also won Silver in the 2023 Academy of Chocolate Awards.
