Black Pepper Cardamom 72% Bar

From Desbarres Chocolate.

This was our first foray into flavoured chocolate and it's turned out to be a favourite and a winner! Our thoughts were on chai spices when we created this bar and we fell in love with the mixture of cardamom and pepper with the deep earthy chocolate flavour of the Tanzanian bean.
