Hailing from Kingston, Ontario, this dish is the inspiration of Italian Chef Maria Garrard. Maria's passion for cooking allows her to experiment and create new classics and everything is always made fresh to order.
These succulent marinated chicken cutlets are lightly breaded and fried, then covered with her special marinara sauce before being baked with a blend of mozzarella & parmigiana.
