Ottawa Valley Grain is a fourth generation custom grain mill based in Carp, Ontario that sources from farms in and around the Ottawa Valley - and often, directly from the farmers themselves. A true legacy grain, whole grain red fife flour was once the most popular in Canada. This red fife is organically grown and sourced from Eastern Ontario.

Today, Red fife flour is hard to find, but Ottawa Valley Grain Products is committed to bringing this nutrient-packed grain back to tables across Canada. Whole grain red fife flour has a buttery soft and rich flavour that elevates breads and hearty baked goods.

Not only is it delicious, but whole grain red fife flour is packed with fibre, B vitamins, minerals, and contains less gluten than regular white flour. Add more flavour and depth to your baking by swapping white wheat flour for this artisan grain in your bread, cake, cookie and muffin recipes.
