Fresh coconut milk combined with curry paste. Made with peas, aubergines, straw mushrooms and sweet basil. Begin by stir frying chicken, add Curry Sauce and simmer until cooked through. Serve with deSIAM Jasmine Rice and garnish with Thai Basil for a great meal.
