Black Pepper Cardamom 72% Bar

This bar was their first foray into flavoured chocolate and it's turned out to be both a favourite and a winner! Their thoughts were on chai spices when they created it and they fell in love with the mixture of cardamom and pepper with the deep earthy chocolate flavour of the Tanzanian bean. 

Flavours are floral with a touch of spice.
