Ontario No. 1 Honey - Large

Gibb’s honey comes from their apiary’s not far from Ottawa in Vankleek Hill. This signature honey is raw, pure and unprocessed. Never heated, it contains traces of pollen, propolis and beeswax.
This honey offers floral top notes with a smooth and balanced profile that’s not too sweet. Perfect drizzled on avocado toast or on top of fresh ricotta with a pinch of fleur de sel.
