Cashew Butter

The name Logan Petit Lot was inspired by Logan Square in Chicago where duo
Vanessa and Remi sparked upon the idea to create a better nut butter that was both small-batch and great tasting.

This cashew butter is made with organic Fair trade cashews, organic coconut oil and a touch of Canadian sea salt. That’s it. As always, the cashews are roasted in small-batches at our facility for optimal freshness. The texture is halfway between crunchy and smooth. 

At once sweet and neutral tasting, this Cashew Butter can easily be mixed to your sweet or savoury dishes. Logan Petit Lot enjoys using it as a base for creamy pasta sauces, salad dressings, and “cheezy” dips. It is also a great way to add healthy fats to your baked goods.
