Island Bakery is a family business led by Joe and Dawn Reade. From humble beginnings baking fresh bread for the islanders, they began making artisan biscuits so that everyone would be able to enjoy a little part of the Island.

Produced in small batches and baked with care in their woodfired ovens on the Island of Mull in Scotland. Dipped within an inch of its life in seriously decadent dark organic chocolate, this showy sweet treat has a generous gem of stem ginger gently embedded in its centre
