Introduced in 2012, Le Chèvre À Ma Manière is a delightful artisan goat cheese from Quebec. Producer by L'Atelier Fromagerie, it circular shape presents a bloomy rind and a chalky, unctuous white paste. Aged for two weeks, this young cheese has a slightly tangy, lactic and hazelnut flavours and a strong caprine aroma. 

Perfect for the goat cheese lover in your life, this pairs beautifully with your favourite red pepper jelly or a Chenin Blanc.
