Made in Toronto, the Calypso is a vibrant red with a deadly initial burn, tangy midpoint and a solid afterburn that’ll make you call your mama!  Made with Carolina Reapers and Scotch Bonnet peppers, ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar and clementines, this flavourful flagship sauce goes great with anything — from scrambled eggs to brisket!
