Almond Butter
The name Logan Petit Lot was inspired by Logan Square in Chicago where duo
Vanessa and Remi sparked upon the idea to create a better nut butter that was both small-batch and great tasting.
You can use this almond butter the same way you would use PB. Made with only two ingredients, it can easily be mixed to your sweet and savoury dishes or enjoyed on its own for breakfast. Logan Petit Lot uses Californian almonds and a touch of Canadian sea salt. That’s it. As always, the almonds are roasted in small-batches for optimal freshness. The texture is halfway between crunchy and smooth.
