Isigny Sainte-Mère is one of the oldest dairy cooperatives in France and its milk is known as the grand cru of the dairy world. Located between the salty water of the sea and the freshwater of the Bessin and Cotentin marshlands, Isigny's area benefits from a mild, humid climate with frequent flooding. This produces a grass rich in mineral salts, trace elements and oleic acids which in turn creates excellent fodder for grazing cows.

The exceptional cream from the first milking of Spring is cultured and traditionally churned into this silky smooth and buttercup yellow, sea-salted Spring Butter, crafted in highly anticipated limited batches!
