Beef Bourguignon Small

Hailing from Kingston, Ontario, this dish is the inspiration of Italian Chef Maria Garrard. Maria's passion for cooking allows her to experiment and create new classics and everything is always made fresh to order.

Traditionally prepared, this dish has lean beef stew in red wine perfectly seasoned and nestled with pearl onions and mushrooms. We recommend partnering this dish with our Potatoes Gratin, seasonal green beans or a fresh, crusty baguette.
