4 Potato Gratins

These crisp potato puffs are made by mixing mashed potatoes with cream & Emmental cheese.  Absolutely delicious, we recommend topping these with a little grated Gruyere and serve with fresh ground pepper.  A perfect accompaniment to roast chicken, duck or braised beef.
