Comtomme Biologique 150g

Comtomme is a cheese made from organic milk and matured for 60 to 90 days on wooden boards. Its washed rind is coppery and its paste is golden ivory. The flavor reveals fruity aromas of crabapple and butter. Its texture is supple and melts in your mouth. An excellent cheese for a cheese board, Comtomme is also delicious in a raclette.
