Island Bakery is a family business led by Joe and Dawn Reade. From humble beginnings baking fresh bread for the islanders, they began making artisan biscuits so that everyone would be able to enjoy a little part of the Island.
Produced in small batches and baked with care in their woodfired ovens on the Island of Mull in Scotland. These Lemon Melts are sublime. The luxurious lemon hit comes from pure lemon oil - this recipe is simple and the ingredients natural. To complement the delicate texture and flavour of this biscuit, each one is half-drowned in a gigantic vat of ridiculously rich melted white chocolate.
