Thursday Cottage was started in a Somerset kitchen in 1963. Handcrafted with the same care for over 50 years, all of their products are handmade in small batches and cooked in traditional pans. They still stir the fresh ingredients by hand and hand pour each jar to ensure more whole fruit makes it into their preserves.
