Tomme de Chevre Cendree
For three generations the Jacquin family has specialized in the traditional production of goat cheeses in the heart of France using only PDO milk from surrounding farms. Their Tomme de Chèvre Cendrée is a lovely farmstead cheese made from pure, raw goats milk.
Aged for at least three weeks, each wheel is regularly turned during which time a natural bloomy rind forms over its dense, snow-white paste. With bright notes of citrus followed by a hazelnut finish, this special Tomme is perfect for your winter cheeseboard alongside a warm dollop of your favourite festive sweet and spicy jelly.
