Queso de Valdeon
Its distinctively bold, salty and tangy flavours are brought about by the unique maturing process in the cold, damp cellars of Leon cheesemakers and the special blend of milk. The texture is soft, granular, and crumbly. It has very dense blue veining and comes wrapped in sycamore leaves covering an inconsistent rind that varies in dark grey and brown shades, from the leaves and aging.
Valdeon is strong, spicy, tangy with an earthy finish.
