Picobello
Picobello is our youngest Gouda from the Netherlands. Matured for ten to fourteen months, it presents a yellow-orange interior that is firm and dense with crystallized milk proteins that offer a satisfying crunch. Its robust flavour offers sweet notes of brown butter and caramel.
To maintain quality, Picobello cheese is aged in a thick wax that can be peeled or cut off before eating. Picobello’s deep flavours lend well to fuller bodied reds, scotch, and summertime ales. Perfect for relaxing and nibbling on your deck!
