Organic Italian Penne Rigate Pasta
Daylesford's organic dried pasta is greater than the sum of its parts – simply durum whole wheat flour, kneaded to a dough with Italian spring water and extruded through a traditional bronze die, giving the pasta it's ridged texture which makes your sauces cling.
We love this classic penne stirred through our Italian tomato sauces; arrabiata for a gentle kick of chilli, or in the summer tomato and basil with burrata. It also makes fantastic baked pasta dishes with crumbled sausage or cooked chicken, a rich sauce and an oozy mozzarella melted on top.
