Nosey Goat

Nosey Goat is a delightful semi-firm from Niagara's Upper Canada Cheese company.

Aged for a minimum of six weeks, each wheel is carefully turned and washed twice a week, developing a distinctive, rustic orange rind with a firm yet supple paste. Creamy and mellow with a delicious umami finish, Nosey lacks the distinct barnyard profile of most goats cheeses - making it perfect for newcomers & seasoned fans alike.

Great for nibbling, we recommending pairing this cheese with Pinot Noir, a few squares of dark chocolate and your favourite cherry compote. It's also an excellent melter!
