Bella di Cerignola olives are stoned and chopped in Marina Colonna's extra virgin olive oil. A delicate spread for bruschetta, on pasta dishes or meat sauces. We recommend combining this Green Olive Paté with ricotta, capers and basil for an incredible sauce.
