A white wine vinegar, flavored by the maceration of fresh tarragon, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper; created by a slow fermentation and aged in oak barrels for more than a year by the craftsman Laurent Agnès who has been making his place in the world of gourmet products for almost 20 years.
