Fleuron de Brugge
Fleuron de Brugge is made by Kaas Brugge in the Moorslede region, Belgium. Belgium is well known for its traditional cheese making methods and this is also the case for this original and delicious cheese.
Fleuron is aged in caves for a short time; this aging process creates a lovely light natural rind in the shape of country bread. The texture is semi-firm, with a velvety gold coloured paste that is sweet, creamy and nutty.
