Chällerhocker is an experience for the senses with its rustic, ochre rind and aromatic notes of roasted chestnuts and an earthy pungency. It has all the cooked milk and floral notes of a perfected Alpine cheese from Switzerland. The flavour is intense - buttery, fruity, and slightly sweet and nutty. One of our cheesemonger's favourites!
