Camembert Bons Mayennais
For more than a century, Fromagerie Vaubernier has been making traditional soft cheeses in the heart of the Mayenne countryside. A succession of several families has contributed to the making of the famous Bons Mayennais Camembert. Arriving to us in a compact wooden box, once cut into this camembert reveals aromas of fresh mushrooms and milk with a delicate, creamy paste.
